Betts Associates provided civil & structural engineering services. This small project presented difficulties due to level changes and difficult ground conditions requiring careful consideration of retaining solutions. Although detailed in 2D by the Architect Betts built a 3D model using Revit to better deal with this deceptively difficult building.
